There are simply not enough words to describe our experience with Polly. Being in an HR position, working with insurance agents for the last 30 years, and having been one myself for several years, I have had many different experiences. Never once have I had the opportunity to work with someone so caring, kind and dedicated to meeting our group insurance needs! Polly was pulled in during the 11th hour last year, and was able to find great health insurance coverage at a terrific price and get us covered in just a few days! Since then, we have renewed our health insurance with her, and have also incorporated our life and dental coverage too! 
What is most important to me is the continued customer service, long after the initial enrollment. And Polly goes above and beyond in that area as well. She calls or stops by to see if everything is going well. She drops off cookies and donuts! And when I need to terminate or add on, I send a simple email to Polly and I am confident that everything will be done perfectly. Polly Ritter is an absolute jewel, a rare find in the insurance industry!
